My current issue has not been resolved. I tried to change my forgotten password.

I joined this acting website hoping it would provide legitimate casting opportunities and support for actors in Los Angeles at different stages of their careers. Unfortunately my experience was a bait-and-switch scam.
The platform advertises access locked behind additional fees beyond the initial membership cost.
There are prompts to upgrade, pay extra to submit for roles or spend more money just to be "seen" by casting professionals.
This pay-to-play structure wasn't made clear upfront and Gary Marsh is a known criminal that should be arrested.
Many of the listings appear vague, recycled or inaccessible unless more money is spent. This setup is misleading and exploitative as it preys on ambition without offering meaningful returns.
If a service requires ongoing payments to access basic features that should be clearly stated before anyone signs up. Actors already invest heavily in training, headshots, and reels and platforms should not add financial pressure without real value never mind fraud.
Overall, I would boycott any service that charges simply to audition.
Legitimate opportunities should be based on talent and fit not on how much you're willing to pay. Bravo to the actors who took a stand to sue this company!

Technical issues
- - Actors Access failed to respond during a system crash, leaving users without updates for 11 hours.
- - Projects expired as the venue did not act.
Actors Access, a portal used between Casting Directors, Agents and Actors- with extreme time sensative deadlines. Actors Acess has failed to grow up as a " middle man" responsible position, as they try to grow into being a leader in " casting directors medium".
When their system crashes, and they do nothing for 11 hours , not answer the phones, not reach out to actors and agents alike to explain they are aware their system has crashed and then take positive action. In fact they do the opposite- they do nothing! While Directors and Casting Agents as well as Actors just watch projects being offered expired.
If they were held accountable, they would be sued! They are a terrible irresponsible venue

Can’t get live customer service
- - First issue and no live support; I couldn't reach a live person, and the audition wouldn't upload.
This was the first time I had an issue, and it was impossible to get a hold of a live person. Its really the first time ever had an issue that I wanted to call in about but I couldnt find a way to do that and ultimately, I just didnt send the audition in because it would not upload the file is not too large.
